We are used to take account of seasonality in recipes we make everyday, but sometimes we limit ourselves only to fruit and veggies. But what about nuts? As dumb as it might seem, nuts do have a best season, and we’re right in the middle of walnut season which runs from november to june, depending on the area. These flavorful nuts are a wonderfully crunchy addition to many recipes from salads to tarts or snacks.
