Ingredients list for the caramelized chocolate cashews
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup cashews
- 3 tsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Brown sugar
- Bitter chocolate powder

Directions
Roast cashews for 10 minutes at 360°F (180°C) in a baking dish, stirring occasionally so they don’t burn.
Prepare a bowl with sugar and/or cocoa powder.
Boil the butter, honey and vanilla extract until the mixture turns an amber color. Pour the cashews in. Mix well to caramelize and then pour into the bowl of sugar to coat. Spread them on a baking sheet and be sure to separate them so they do not stick together.
Leave to cool for half an hour so the caramel has time to get crunchy.
