Directions
1. To make the Instant Pot Brussels sprouts: Add the Brussels sprouts to the Instant Pot. Add the cream cheese, butter, garlic, and seasonings on top. Pour 1 1/2 cup of vegetable broth or water.
2. Set the Instant Pot to high for 2 minutes (or steam mode). Once the time is up, do a quick release.
3. Add parmesan, and bacon crumbles to the cooked Brussels sprouts and give a quick stir to combine the ingredients together.
4. Place the lid back on the pressure cooker and let melt the cheese and warm the bacon for about 5 minutes. This will allow the sauce to thicken a little bit. Serve the creamy Instant Pot Brussels sprouts warm and enjoy!

So so good! I didn't have 2 lbs of brussel sprouts so I added cut up potatoes! Yummy!

Is there a way to make these in a crock pot instead?

Ours turned out perfect! No issues with anything! Thank you! I'm new to the instant pot and this is the first time I've cooked a vegetable in it.

I really think these would've been better with a 1 or 0 minute steam as they turned out mushy. Additionally, the cream cheese could be added after the quick release - ours curdled a little being added in prior to the steam. My husband said other than the mushy part, he liked them.
