We are at the very beginning of spring and farmer’s markets start to have some nice colors to show. Lots of fresh produce are just waiting to be picked up! Depending on your location, you’ll be able to find a lot of interesting ingredients in your markets now for sure. Why not trying to choose a few produces, chop them and improvise a salad for a lovely brunch? A baby spinach salad would be a perfect entry for a light dinner, and why not mixing them with delicious juicy oranges? Or maybe you would prefer something more hearty like a shrimp, grapefruit and avocado mix? Anyway, here’s a selection of fresh spring salads to inspire your next lunch:
