Ingredients you need for the Easy Baked Potato
Directions
1. To bake the potatoes: Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Poke the potatoes deeply with a fork and arrange them on a baking sheet. Brush on all sides with olive oil and sprinkle salt all over.
2. Bake for 1 or 2 hours (closer to 2, if you have time). When the baked potatoes feel crunchy on the outside, remove potatoes from the oven, cut the potatoes open to release the steam, then put them back into the oven for 10 minutes more.
3. After 10 minutes, remove the baked potatoes from the oven and serve immediately seasoned with salt and pepper and loaded with the filling of your choice – here we used a delicious chicken salad. Enjoy! ❤️
