Ingredients you need for the Grilled Garlic Mushroom Skewers
Directions
1. Pour réaliser les brochettes de champignons grillés : Faire mariner les champignons émincés dans le mélange des ingrédients restants pendant 30 minutes. Pendant ce temps, faire tremper les brochettes en bois dans l'eau pour éviter qu'elles ne brûlent.
2. Embrochez les champignons (c'est plus facile lorsque vous tordez au lieu de simplement piquer les champignons) et faites-les griller jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient tendres et légèrement carbonisés, environ 2-3 minutes de chaque côté.
