Directions

1. To make the grilled shrimp and shallots: In a large bowl, season shrimp with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and instant vegetable stock.

2. Heat your grill or griddle to medium heat and cook seasoned shrimp for 2 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove the shrimp to a serving platter.

3. On the same grill, cook the sliced shallot, tossing them with a wooden spoon or tongues. Remove the shallots and sprinkle them over the shrimp.

How to keep grilled shrimp leftovers

Make sure the grilled shrimp is wholly cooled before packing it up in an airtight container stored in your refrigerator. Shrimp should be used within 3-4 days of storage. When reheating, ensure the shrimp reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74ºC).
