- Chickpeas
- Tuna in brine

- 1 dozen black olives
- Chopped cilantro
- Canola oil
- Balsamic vinegar and Dijon mustard

How to make the chickpea salad
- Make the vinaigrette: Mix salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar, oil, and cilantro in a large bowl.
- Assemble the salad: Add rinsed chickpeas, corn, flaked tuna, and olives. Toss well and chill before serving.

Ingredients
- 1 jar of chickpea (better in cans)
- 1 small can of tuna in brine
- 1 small can of corn
- 1 dozen black olives
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- Salt / black pepper

Instructions
- Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar and oil together into a large bowl Add the cilantro.
- Rinse chickpeas and corn and put them into the bowl. Add the flaked tuna and olives. Mix well and put into your refrigerator for a while before serving.
