An easy ground beef dip that everyone will seriously love. It’s really cheesy but doesn’t use any dairy other than sharp cheddar so it’s very deep in flavor. Directions
1. To make the ground beef dip: Place ground beef, jalapeño, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper in a large braiser pan over medium-high heat.
2. Cook the meat, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Cook the ground beef, stirring regularly until most of the moisture has evaporated and the mixture is crumbly and begins to brown, about 15 minutes.
3. Stir in chicken broth, cornstarch (if using), strained tomato, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Give it a good stir and bring the beef mixture to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking, stirring from time to time, until mixture is thickened, about 25 minutes.
4. Top the ground beef dip with half of the shredded cheddar. Poke cheese down into the dip with a fork, stirring lightly, and top with the remaining half of the cheese.
5. Place pan with the ground beef dip under the broiler and broil until cheddar is browned and bubbly, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle the ground beef dip with red chili pepper flakes, chopped parsley, and serve hot, warm, or at room temperature. Enjoy! ❤️

Then add cheese and broil for 5 minutes right before serving.

This was very tasty!! But there was a lot of liquid with 2 cups of broth. And because of that it took a lot longer to reduce. Other than that this was very yummy and I’ll make it again!!
