My family and I love this recipe. Even my 2 and 4 year old boys. I’ve made it just the way the recipe calls for and it’s great that way but it’s also really easy to customize. I like adding artichokes to it. Next I’m going to try zucchini. Thanks for such a versatile recipe!

My family and I love this dish. I took Kellie's advice and sauteed some onion and added about a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. I did use the tomato puree and added another tablespoon to the dish. I also used spicy Italian sausage but left out the red pepper flakes. This dish was a hit!

Really good! Except add sauteed onion, skip tomato puree, add 1/4 cup good balsamic vinegar early enough that it reduces. SO much flavor! Lots of parmesan and a handful of mozz at the end.

I thought it was great, not a whole lot different than spaghetti… I also added a bit of tomato sauce as I felt in needed more moisture. I through on some monetary jack cheese cuz that’s what I had n I felt it needed it. This was great for me as it helped me use up some noodles I never used up.
