- About 13/4 oz (50g) milk chocolate, chopped
1. Using a hot air popper, freshly pop the kernels—Alternatively, pop on the stove with a tablespoon oil. Once the popcorn is fully popped, transfer to a large salad bowl.
2. Place chopped chocolate in a microwave safe bowl covered by a paper towel and melt for 45 seconds to 1 minute. The key is for the chocolate chips to completely melt and have a smooth consistency. Stir and reheat if necessary.
