Ingredients list for Smoked Chicken Breast Sandwich with sprouted seeds
For 4 sandwiches:
- 4 english muffins
- 4 thick slices of smoked chicken breast
- 3 1/2 ounce (100g) cream cheese with herbs lightened
- 1 3/4 ounces (50g) of germinated seeds: alfalfa, lentils, whatever you want…
- 1 tomato
Cut muffins in half and put them in the toaster.
Spread each muffin half with a little cream cheese and top with sprouts. Above, place 1/2 slice of chicken, a slice of tomato, 1/2 slice of chicken again then sprouts. Close the muffin and enjoy…
