Finding a nice appetizer recipe can be difficult especially when people invade your home unexpectedly! Here’s a little recipe for a guacamole dip with kiwi pulp fresh tomato and coriander your guests will surely enjoy.
Ingredients list for the kiwi guacamole recipe
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 small white onion
- A handful of coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tomato
- A few drops of hot pepper sauce (Tabasco green style) or 1/2 serrano chili (small green pepper) without seeds
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 2 kiwis
1. Scoop out and mash the avocado flesh coarsely with a fork. Add lemon juice and salt, then mix. Finely chop the onion, chili and coriander. Peel and core the tomatoes, then cut it into small cubes. Add the onion, chili, coriander and tomato to the avocado puree.
2. Peel the kiwis, mash the pulp with a fork and pass the kiwi puree through a sieve to remove the small black seeds. Add it to the avocado mixture.
Kiwi brings a lot of freshness and makes this guacamole very suitable as an accompaniment to a salad or a platter of seafood.
