Ingredients list for the almonds cookies
For 6 people:
- 3 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar,
- 2 tablespoon cinnamon,
- 1 cup almonds flour
- 1/4 lb (125 g) butter
- 1 egg,
- 1 1/4 tbsp (14 g) baking powder
Spicy Baked Chicken Tenders
Preparation: Almonds Cookies
1. Mix the ingredients:
Cut the butter into a bowl and let soften at room temperature. Place the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and almonds in a bowl.
2. Work the dough:
Dig a well in the center and add the butter. Work by hand until the you get the consistency of coarse sand. Add egg and knead to obtain a smooth paste. Roll into a ball and cover with a cloth. Let rest in a cool place for 1 hour.
3. Form small cookies
Preheat oven to 360°F (180°C). Spread the dough on a floured baking sheet. Cut out biscuits with cookie cutters of different shapes.
Place the shortbread cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake and cook until puffy and golden. Remove from oven and let cool on wire rack.
