- 1 jar of chickpea (better in cans)
- 1 small can of tuna in brine
- 1 small can of corn
- 1 dozen black olives
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- Salt / black pepper

1. Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar and oil together into a large bowl Add the cilantro.
2. Rinse chickpeas and corn and put them into the bowl. Add the flaked tuna and olives. Mix well and put into your refrigerator for a while before serving.
