What Keto-Friendly Sweetener Should I Use?
Swerve is a good option for the fat bombs; a few drops of Stevia also work great! Powdered erythritol is also an excellent keto sweetener because you can use it to replace sugar using the exact amounts for most recipes, and it doesn’t leave you with a bitter aftertaste. Check the amounts and nutrition info for the sweetener you would like to use because it can sometimes affect the total carb count.
What other flavors are great for these fat bombs
While chocolate and peanut butter are a classic combination, you can customize this fat bomb recipe. You can substitute peanut butter with other nut butter, such as almond or cashew butter. Make sure there is no added salt or sugar. You can even try adding some chopped nuts for a crunchier texture!
Can I use molds to make the fat bombs?
If scooping the balls is not practical for you, you can always use a mini cupcake pan to keep the fat bombs the perfect portion size. Silicon cupcake pans are ideal because you can pop the fat bombs right out when they are done and ready to eat.
How long to store the fat bombs?
Cover the cheesecake fat bombs in an air-tight container and keep in your freezer or refrigerator for up to 1 week. Enjoy them cold so it doesn’t melt in your fingers!

I started a Keto nutrition plan about a week ago. On day 3 I was struggling. These saved me from quitting. I used a small about (maybe 1/2 tsp) monk fruit sweetener. It worked well in this recipe. I’ll be making them again! Thank you so so much!

I made these today and they tasted like snickers bars. I didn't have chocolate chips so just dusted with cocoa powder. Loved it! I might try Jaclyn idea and use crushe nuts next time as well. Thanks for sharing the recipe

These were delicious!! I don’t like chocolate so I used pecan bits and it was amazing. Trying with chopped peanuts next.
