Good Beet & Yoghurt Smoothie

Here’s how to prepare a beet smoothie. It does not take so much to transform a basic ingredient in an excellent dinner introduction that will amaze your guests. And if like me, you now want bright colors… These beets smoothies verrines are for you!

This beet smoothie is also an original drink for aperitif, then I advise you to present it in smaller glasses just like verrines.

Ingredients you will need for the  Beet & Yoghurt Smoothie recipe

For 8 beet verrines:

  • 2 large cooked red beets
  • A Greek yoghurt
  • 1 3/4 ounces (50g) of fresh goat cheese
  • juice of 1/2 orange
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp walnuts vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • Some sprouts for decoration

    Spicy Baked Chicken Tenders
    An easy and heathy dinner to include into your meals rotation.


Gather all ingredients in a blender or food-processor and blend for a long grout.

If you think the consistency too thick lengthen with a little orange juice.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Pour into glasses.
Top with a little crumbled goat cheese and sprouts (which can be replaced with chopped chives). Enjoy!
