Tips for the sauteed spinach recipe
Before cooking the sauteed spinach, it is always best to clean it, even if the package says it has been washed already. Soak spinach leaves in a large bowl of cold water and let sit for a minute. Transfer to a colander to drain and empty the water from the bowl and repeat until there’s no more grit.
