Here is a yogurt sauce flavored with fresh herbs. This sauce is ideal to accompany your grilled fish and meat, and why not use it in salads? Parsley and mint will blend together nicely, without one taking over the other. Don’t say a word to your guests. They’ll taste and just praise the hostess!

Ingredient list for the herbs yogurt sauce

  • 2 organic yoghurts
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, mint)
  • A dash of vinegar (red vinegar for a stronger acidic flavor, apple cider vinegar for a milder and fruity flavor)
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix the 2 yogurts, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the bunch of chopped herbs (parsley and mint), the clove of minced garlic, and the dash of vinegar and mix well. Serve this yogurt sauce with salmon or a grilled meat of your choice.
