Here is a pan fried salmon fillet recipe accompanied by a yogurt sauce flavored with fresh herbs. This sauce is ideal to accompany your grilled fish or meat and why not using it in salads. Parsley and mint will blend together nicely, without one taking over the other. Don’t say a word to your guests. They’ll taste and just praise the hostess!
