Ingredients list for Chicken Puffs Pastry recipe
For 4 people:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 endives
- 2 small onions
- salted butter
- 1 / 2 bouillon cube
- pepper
- 4 Sheets of raw puff pastry
Cooking Directions:
Cut chicken fillets into strips, fry 1 minute on each side in a little salted butter.
Chop endives and small onions, pepper, put 1/2 cube stock and let braised in butter for 30 minutes.
Put the braised mix on a double sheet of raw shortcrust pastry and fold in 4. Baste the dough with the remaining butter.
Set in the oven for 10 minutes at 390°F ( 200°c).
If you feel like to, you can make a sauce (chicken stock, cream, mushroom) to moisten this a bit. Your guests will thank you: you can find it all a little dry if you’re meddlesome.
