Ingredients list for the Cabbage Soup
- 1 green cabbage
- 2 shallots
- 2 potatoes
- 50 cl of cream
- A thick slice of bacon
- Olive oil, salt, pepper
Cooking instructions
Thinly slice the cabbage and shallots and sauté in 2 tablespoons olive oil from 2 to 3 minutes, without browning. Add 1 liter of water and the peeled potatoes (cut into pieces), cook 25 minutes from the boiling start.
Mix all with a hand mixer, add the cream and the thick sliced bacon (this… this flavor is terrible!) Cook for another 15 minutes round. Add salt and pepper and serve hot …
