Directions
How to make braised pork:
1. Season the diced pork with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili pepper flakes.
2. Heat a large skillet with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sear the pork on all sides until browned. Do not move the pieces of meat too often; otherwise, they’ll end up steamed instead of browned.
3. Add onion, garlic, and carrots to the skillet with the pork meat. Cook, stirring regularly, until the onion becomes translucent.
4. Add chopped kale and deglaze the skillet with white wine and chicken stock. Give a good stir and bring to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring regularly and adding water if necessary.
5. Add the drained white beans to the skillet. Continue cooking for 10 minutes.
6. Add grated parmesan, stir well, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
7. Sprinkle the braised pork with fresh parlsey and serve immediately with lemon slices on the side, if you want. Enjoy! ❤️

How to make braised pork in the slow-cooker
Repeat all the steps from steps 1 to 4, then transfer everything to a slow cooker. Set on LOW for 4 hours. After 3 hours, add the white beans. Toward the end of cooking time, add the parmesan and adjust the seasoning.
How to keep the braised pork leftovers
You can keep any braised pork leftovers in your refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or in a large saucepan, adding a few drops of water to loosen the sauce.
