Ingredients for the Mango Sorbet
- 2 or 3 large ripe mangoes
- 1 / 4 of the water
- 250 g sugar (or sweetener)
- juice 1 / 2 lime
Preparation steps for the mango sorbet
Peel the mangoes, remove the stones. Cut the flesh into pieces and mix it with lemon juice.
In a saucepan, prepare the syrup by boiling water and sugar. Let it cool, then mix with the mango puree. Put all the icing in a metal container or your Sorbet Maker and place it in freezer.
