Roasted chicken, do you feel like it? What I like about France is the diversity of the kitchen and the next old grandmother who warmed the water on the old cook. Moreover, we do find more and that’s a shame. And there, this is just a good chicken flavor with garlic, bay leaf and brushed with olive oil. Ingredients: Roast chicken

Serves 6:

  • 1 Good chicken
  • Bay leaves
  • 7-8 cloves garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh basil
  • Parchment paper
  • Pasta

Preparation: Roast chicken

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Place chicken on 5-6 bay leaves and some garlic cloves, peeled.
Cut holes in the skin of chicken and slide the remaining bay leaves. Season.
Brush it with olive oil and place in a baking dish with parchment paper which will retrieve the sauce for at least 1 hour (depending on the size of the chicken) until golden brown.
Fifteen minutes before the end of cooking, put water to boil in a large pot and add coarse salt or our now famous flavored salt. Once the water starts to boil, add pasta and cook them according to the cooking time indicated.
Drain and sprinkle them with the chicken sauce with olive oil. Pepper slightly then serve immediately.
