A blissful, make-ahead breakfast that will be ready for you when you wake up in the morning.
Ingredients you need for the Vegan Overnight Oats
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in an airtight container and mix well. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
2. Serve cold with additional berries, almonds and mixed seeds and a good drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!
Notes:
- Use less almond milk if you want thicker oatmeal, more if you like it runny.
- Use any other liquid you like: soy milk, hazelnut milk, water, orange juice.
- You can use dried fruit such as raisin or dried cranberries instead of berries.
- These overnight oats can be stored refrigerated for up to one week in a airtight container.
