How to Make Healthy Chia Overnight Oats

 Combine the ingredients: oats, chia seeds, almonds, salt, cinnamon, and dates together in a large bowl.  Pour milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup over and mix. Place the Chia in the refrigerator overnight.
