I am a fanatic of pan-fried vegetables, and I love having a good opportunity to make some.

It’s always possible to season this kind of dish with garlic, salt, pepper, and a little parsley, and that’s all. While it’s still working very well, you can try this variant, which brings a more dynamic twist because of the bird chili peppers and the small perfume of anise star. You can prepare this flavored salt in less than 5 minutes, then forget it for a few days in the pantry.
Then, when you want cooked vegetables that change from the ordinary, add a few pinches of this spicy flavored salt, and you will see the difference!

Ingredients list for the spice mix for pan-fried vegetables
- 3 1/3 ounces (100g) of sea salt or coarse salt
- 1/2 ounce (15g) of dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon chili
- 10 anise stars
- 1 csp pink peppercorns
- 1 csp dehydrated shallots
Directions
1. Put all the ingredients from the list in an airtight jar.
2. Forget it in the closet until the salt gets flavored.
