Here is a delicious beet and goat cheese spread to enjoy with a good crusty bread for appetizer. This appetizer spread is not only tasty but also original because it contains raw beetroot, thus the funny color you will get at the end!
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Resting time: 40 minutes

Ingredients list for beet and goat cheese dip

  • A raw beetroot
  • 1/2  lb (200g) fresh goat cheese
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • A clove of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh coriander
  • Sesame seeds
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions

1. Peel beets and cut them into cubes. Then fry over medium heat in a pan with a little olive oil for about 10 minutes.

2. After cooking, place beets in a bowl and let cool for 10 minutes. Then add the goat cheese, minced garlic, cumin, pepper and a tablespoon of olive oil and mix everything. When the mixture is smooth (you can do this with the help of a blender), put it in a bowl and add the chopped coriander and sesame seeds. Book for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

It’s ready!
