- 1/2 lime
- Espelette pepper or chili pepper powder
- Nutmeg
- Salt and pepper

Directions
1. Seed and peel the melon. Cut into cubes and drop the pieces into your blender or food processor.
2. Add the juice of 1/2 lime and add spices to your liking—nutmeg, Espelette pepper, salt, and pepper. Pulse at high speed to obtain a liquid mixture.
3. Divide the soup into glasses. Arrange a small piece of prosciutto into each glass and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve and treat your guests (or yourself)!
