Ingredients list

  • 1 nashi pear (or any other variety), well ripe
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) greek yogurt
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Crushed pistachio

Directions

1. Rinse and slice the pear thinly and cut out the core. Set aside. 2. Spread Greek yogurt in a dessert plate or shallow plate and arrange pear slices on top. Sprinkle with crushed pistachio and finish with a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy your breakfast!
