These Rice Krispies Treats are Perfect for Christmas festivities and afternoon snacking!
Ingredients you need for the No-Bake Rice Krispies Treats With white Chocolate and Peppermint
Directions
1. To make the Rice Krispies Treats: In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
2. Add Rice Krispies cereal and stir until well coated. Transfer the mixture to a plate covered with parchment paper and allow to cool down a little.
3. Using your fingers (you can grease your hands with a bot of butter), form small balls, rolling them progressively between your palms.
4. In a double boiler, melt white chocolate, stirring with a wooden spoon until smooth. Using two forks, dip each ball into the white chocolate and immediately transfer to a baking sheet lined white parchment paper.
5. Dust each ball with crushed peppermint before the chocolate has set (or roll them straight into the crushed peppermint!). Refrigerate the Rice Krispies Treats before serving. Enjoy!

3. Label your potluck desserts, so people will know what they eat. Include your name and an ingredient list.
4. Get creative and make sure your desserts stand out! Consider making mini desserts or creating a themed dessert table.
5. Bring utensils and serving plates for your desserts. This will make it easier for your guests to serve themselves and enjoy your delicious potluck treats.
