Want some sweetness? I’ve got some for you. Unlike fruit ice cream and sorbets, which are best with seasonal produce, this delicious matcha tea ice cream you can make year-round. You’ll need an ice cream maker. Making the ice cream takes little time. You can shorten prep time by buying ready-made custard. If you have more time, make this cream by yourself; it will be even better!

About Matcha Tea
Matcha is one of the most refined green teas available on the market. The first thing you notice is the emerald-colored powder. Matcha contains higher concentrations of vitamins and antioxidants than other teas. In Japan, matcha tea is produced through a specific process. After steaming and drying, they remove the veins and stems, then stone-grind the pure leaves into this fine powder.
