2. Honey-Apple Cider Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 honey
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons mustard (Dijon or whole-grain)
Directions:

1. To make the honey-apple cider dressing, whisk all ingredients together in a small jar until combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, if necessary.

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil

  • Salt and fresh cracked pepper
Directions:

1. To make the dressing, add apple cider vinegar, oil, mustard, honey, lime juice, salt and pepper in a small jar and whisk until thoroughly combined.

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice (or white vinegar)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • Water
Directions:

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.

2. Process until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides a few times. Thin the salad dressing out with about 1/3 cup water until it reaches a desired consistency.

3. Keep the strawberry dressing in an airtight container for 1 to 2 weeks

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1. Combine ingredients in a lidded jar and shake vigorously to emulsify.

2. Allow to sit while you toss together your salad, then shake again just before serving.

  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon water

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions:

1. To make the dressing: combine olive oil, balsamic, Italian seasoning, honey salt and pepper in a small jar with a lid and shake vigorously to emulsify.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped spring onions, green and white parts
  • A handful of raspberries
Directions:

1. Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, raspberries to a blender and pulse to emulsify the vinaigrette. Add 1/4 cup chopped green onions and whisk to combine. Set aside in the refrigerator.

  • 1½ tablespoons white vinegar

1. Combine all ingredients in a jar. Keep in the refrigerator for up to one week.

  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

Directions:

1. In a mason jar, combine all ingredients for the vinaigrette. Give it a good shake and let sit in the refrigerator to allow the dressing infuse with garlic.
