Tips for the baked shrimp recipes
This delicious baked shrimp recipe is a total crowd-pleaser, it’s quick and easy to customize, perfect for a simple dinner at home. Feel free to sub butter with olive oil, ghee, or coconut oil. Just drizzle over the shrimp before baking.
What type of shrimp should I use?
Choose large or extra-large shrimp, de-veined and peeled (tails on or off). If you have purchased frozen shrimp, be sure to thaw it completely before cooking. Buy wild-caught shrimp if possible, they taste way better than farm-raised shrimp.
Can I change the seasoning of the baked shrimp?
We typically just use black pepper for this recipe because our main focus is on the lemon-sriracha sauce and butter. But if you’d like to mix things up, feel free to sprinkle on any of your favorite dry seasoning mixes, such as Italian Seasoning, Cajun Seasoning, Taco Seasoning, or Caribbean Jerk Seasoning.
What to Serve with Shrimp?
These lemon garlic butter shrimp go well with sauteed asparagus, roasted veggies, fresh crusty bread, mashed or riced cauliflower, or pasta.
How to store leftover baked shrimp?
You can store the baked shrimp in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
