Directions

So reading the article some dummy wrote gluten-free 🙄. Uh no its not french onions are coated with wheat flour. In case you didnt know wheat contains gluten. While the recipe looks great and would love to make it i have two relatives with a gluten allergy. Please fix article.thanks
