This apple, banana, lime and ginger smoothie is a sweet way to fuel up in the morning. In addition to being delicious, this drink is also super healthy! Yum!

Ingredients list for the ginger apple smoothie

  • ½-inch cube of fresh ginger
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 banana
  • Juice of one lime
  • Ice, optional

Instructions

1. Add ginger, apple, lime juice and banana to a blender and pulse until smooth. Add water or ice cubes to obtain the desired consistency.
