1. To make the pepper steak stir-fry meal-prep: In a small bowl, whisk the garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, Sriracha, and cornstarch.

    This was AMAZING! Made it tonight for the first time and it was both simple and delicious! I added some onion and cut the soy sauce with a little water to reduce the sodium content but it was still wonderful. Will be adding this to the recipe rotation in my household!
