Ingredients for the Mango Sorbet

  • 2 or 3 large ripe mangoes
  • 1 / 4 of the water
  • 250 g sugar (or sweetener)
  • juice 1 / 2 lime

Preparation steps for the mango sorbet

Peel the mangoes, remove the stones. Cut the flesh into pieces and mix it with lemon juice.
