These little soup verrines are simple but very delicious!
Ingredients list: Cold Zucchini Soup
- 1 3/4 lbs (800g) of zucchinis
- 2 yogurts
- Sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoons walnut oil
- Turmeric
- Salt and pepper
Cold Zucchini Soup: Cooking Instructions
Steam zucchinis or cook them in a saucepan with boiling salted water for 25 minutes.
put in in a blender for 2 minutes with the yogurt and turmeric. Salt and pepper.
Pour the puree into nice verrine glasses and let cool until ready to serve…
At the last moment, add the walnut oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
You just have to dip you spoon to mix and have fun!
