Red beans yogurt sauce, a gourmet recipe to accompany a grilled meat or fish dish.
Ingredients list for red beans yogurt sauce
- 1 can (400g) of red kidney beans
- 2 organic yoghurts
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Fresh herbs (parsley, mint)
- A dash of vinegar
- Salt and pepper
1. Mix the 2 yogurts, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the bunch of chopped herbs and the minced clove garlic, mix well.
2. Drain the beans from the can and mix gently with the yogurt and herbs sauce. Add a dash of vinegar and let cool.
