Directions

1. To prepare the chicken bites recipe and asparagus in garlic butter sauce: preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Start to slice chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks and season with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Marinate in a bowl while you prepare the asparagus and the sauce.

5. Transfer to the oven and bake at 400ºF (200ºC) for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in the inside.   • If your asparagus are thick, you can blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes, then soak in ice water to stop the cooking process. This way, asparagus will roast faster and evenly in the sheet pan. You can skip this step if you have skinny asparagus.

    This was a hit with the whole family. The baby loved the chicken and asparagus! There was plenty of lemon garlic butter left in the pan we used it as a vinaigrette for our salad. THIS IS FOREVER ON THE HOUSE MENU!
