Tips for the baked chicken bites and asparagus recipe

  • Make sure to dice chicken breast to a regular size to ensure even baking.
  • One good trick is to freeze the chicken for 45 minutes to make cutting easier and less messy, but make sure to bring it at room temperature before baking.

This was a hit with the whole family. The baby loved the chicken and asparagus! There was plenty of lemon garlic butter left in the pan we used it as a vinaigrette for our salad. THIS IS FOREVER ON THE HOUSE MENU!
