Ingredients list: Braised Pork Tenderloin
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 2 spring onions
- 2 oranges
- 2 teaspoons (10g) butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Heat together the butter and olive oil in a casserole and brown the pork tenderloin evenly, so that all the surface is colored.
Add the spring onions cut into small pieces, an orange zest and the juice of 2 oranges.
Add salt and pepper, cover and cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Enjoy it hot with vegetables of your choice… Here I sauteed zucchini in the pan, but it’s up to your taste!
