Not a morning person? Try this easy breakfast you can make in less than five minutes. Asian pears (or nashi) are juicy and so delicious; serve with any type of yogurt you like, maple syrup and pistachio and start you work day on the right foot.
- 1 nashi pear (or any other variety), well ripe
- 1/2 cup (125ml) greek yogurt
- 2 or 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- Crushed pistachio
1. Rinse and slice the pear thinly and cut out the core. Set aside. 2. Spread Greek yogurt in a dessert plate or shallow plate and arrange pear slices on top. Sprinkle with crushed pistachio and finish with a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy your breakfast!
