  • Milk
  • Small zucchinis
  • Potatoes
  • Onion

  • Goat cheese

How to make the zucchini frittata

  • Prep veggies & mix base – Slice potatoes and zucchini, parboil 5 min. Whisk eggs, milk, basil, salt, and pepper. Chop onion.
  • Assemble layers – Grease dish, layer half veggies, ham, onion, goat cheese, and egg mix. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  • Bake & serve – Bake at 360°F (180°C) for ~30 min. Cool 1 hr, then unmold and cut into cubes.
