Ingredients list for the healing tea
Yield: 2 cups (500ml):
- 2 cups water
- 1-inch piece ginger, peeled and sliced into rounds
- Juice of 2 lemons + 1 or 2 slices
- 2 or 3 star anise
- 1 small red thai pepper, sliced
- 2 or 3 tablespoons honey

Directions
1. Bring 2 cups water to a boil. Meanwhile put all the ingredients into a pitcher and crush slightly with a muddler.
2. Pour boiling water in the pitcher and mix well. Allow to steep for 5 minutes minimum before serving into individual mugs, filtering the ingredients. Add more honey if desired.
