- 4 large slices of bread grain
- 1 case of olive oil
- 80 g of fresh goat cheese
- 2 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 avocado
- Sprouts
Cooking instruction
1. Toast the bread slices. Brush with olive oil. Spread 2 slices of goat cheese and pepper.
2. Add smoked salmon and avocado thinly sliced. Sprinkle with sprouts.
3. Top with two slices of toast, and cut each sandwich diagonally club-style to form triangles. It’s delicious, fresh, and light!
