Chocolate Cheesecake Fat Bombs – You need only five ingredients to make these no-bake keto fat bombs: coconut flour, cream cheese, butter, cocoa, and your sweetener of choice. These cream cheese fat bombs taste like a rich dark chocolate cheesecake and make a great snack when you need something sweet. You can also enjoy them as a quick breakfast, a yummy snack, a pre or post workout snack, or really whenever you need a quick Keto snack throughout the day.

Ingredients list for the Cream Cheese Chocolate Fat Bombs

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour, ultra-fine and unsweetened
  • 8oz (250g) cream cheese
  • 4 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup natural sweetener (we used granular Swerve)

Directions

1. Allow cream cheese and butter sit at room temperature until softened.

2. In a shallow plate, combine butter, cream cheese, coconut flour, cocoa, and sweetener, stirring until well-mixed and very smooth.

3. Scoop small golf-sized of dough and form balls with your palms. Arrange your Cream Cheese Chocolate Fat Bombs on a baking sheet or tray lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 20 to 40 minutes to firm up, or freeze for 2 hours, until solid. Store in the refrigerator or freezer in an airtight container. Enjoy!
