Directions

1. To cook your boneless pork chops recipe: Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the pork chops with paprika, salt and pepper on both sides, and sear in the hot pan, for 3-5 minutes on each side depending on the thickness, or until cooked to your liking. Once done, remove pork chops from the pan and set aside.

2. Melt butter in the remaining cooking juices in the same pan. Add garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, and red crushed chili pepper and stir-fry until fragrant, about one minute. Add in the vegetable or chicken stock, and allow to reduce a little.

3. Reduce heat to low heat, add the half and half (or heavy cream), and bring the creamy sauce to a gentle simmer. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

4. Add the spinach leaves and allow to wilt in the sauce, and stir in the parmesan cheese (if using). Allow sauce to simmer for a further minute until cheese melts through the sauce.

5. Transfer the pork chops back into the pan to reheat; sprinkle with the parsley, and spoon the sauce over each pork chops. Serve the boneless pork chops in creamy garlic spinach sauce over steamed vegetables, zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice. Enjoy!

Note: You can use dry white wine instead of vegetable stock if you prefer.

How to cook boneless pork chops recipe tips

  • Follow these tips to cook the best pork chops ever:
  • Take you boneless pork chops out of your refrigerator about 15 minutes before you plan to start cooking. The meat will cook more evenly throughout when you bring it at room temperature. This simple trick makes a whole difference, and you’re in for perfect pork chops every time!
  • Keep an eye on your pork chops while cooking: With a little less fat and no bone to protect from overcooking, boneless pork chops tend to dry up quicker than their bone-in counterpart.
  • Rest the meat after cooking pork chops: A quick rest period of five minutes before serving and cutting allows the juices to flow back through the meat and make it more tender. You can cover the pork chops with a shallow plate or loosely tent with foil.

Love this I use little less red pepper because my youngest thought it was too spicy. This is a go to in our house when you can get 3 picky eatter kids to eat and go for seconds it's a keeper

This recipe was pretty good. I made the mistake of adding extra cheese. The half and half with extra cheese clumped together and it made the dish not as creamy. I would make this again and use the exact amount of cheese.

This was so good! Whole family said omg. I made some changes to work with what I had. I used broccoli instead of spinach and White wine instead of broth. Can't wait to make it again with spinach! Delicious!

Delicious! I was worried that it would be too garlicky, but it was perfect. I substituted milk to make it lighter. I think next time I will cut the liquid back a bit, add more spinach and put the cheese on top at the end but it is a winner!

I love this. I make it a couple times a month. I'm just wondering if I can use just 1 cup cream. There are only 2 of us and much of the sauce goes to waste. We aren't crazy about leftovers. Would that change the recipe much?

This was very good! I’m always nervous making pork chops especially when they are thin cut, but what I do now is marinate them in buttermilk and that tenderizes them. The sauce was delicious and I loved the kick the red pepper flakes gave it. Served it over brown rice. My husband enjoyed it.Thank you for a great recipe

Really good and came together quickly! The full teaspoon of red pepper flakes gave it a strong kick - might do 1/2 tsp next time. It was perfect with IP mashed potatoes. Will make this recipe again.

This is one of my go-to’s! Its a comforting favorite I keep coming back to. It’s great as is, but can be super versatile as a starting point. I’ve switched out the cream for milk and added cream cheese/sour cream. I’ve used chicken thighs rather than pork, broccoli rather than spinach. I’ve played with the ratio of onion/garlic/spice based on ingredient availability. I almost always serve it with fettuccine and crusty bread. Thanks so much! Love it!

Delicious. How does everyone think this dish would do if I cooked it a day ahead and put it in the crockpot on warm/low the next day in order for it to be ready to eat for family and friends after church?

I'm making this tonight Sounds so delicious. And has great reviews. I hate onion. Was thinking of cutting some in larger pieces for the flavor. I can pick out for my plate. Or can I just not use?

Definitely a keeper to do again and again. I ended up using bone in pork chops because It was on sale. Hehe. I doubled the recipe. Only thing I did differently was used 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes instead of 2. Remember I doubled the recipe. My husband & I had it with cauliflower rice (hubby’s on a no white rice diet) and my kids had it with regular white rice. We all enjoyed it. Definitely doing this monthly. Couple hours later I ate baguette bread with the sauce like a dip, it was so freakin good. Amazing dish. I will have to try it with boneless chicken thighs next time.

Delicious! I saw the note about substituting white wine in place of stock, but I went ahead and added a splash of wine with the stock. I added the one tsp of red pepper flakes and it was the perfect amount of heat for us.
