Ingredients list: Scrambled Eggs
- 8 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 coffee spoons cream.
- 4 coffee spoons water or milk
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
1. Put the eggs, salt and pepper, water or milk in a mixing bowl. Beat for 30 seconds.
2. Grease a pan with butter. Pour the eggs. Cook over low heat. Stir. Remove from heat when the eggs have hardened.
3. Pour the cream. Taste and season if necessary. Garnish with parsley.
